Créé en 2014, le Jardin spontané de Poleymieux au Mont d ‘or est un lieu expérimental ouvert à la visite ou l’on conserve des variétés sauvages et cultivées en utilisant des méthodes de cultures  douces. Après avoir façonné le jardin durant 4 ans (plantation des arbres fruitiers, plantes aromatiques et fruits rouges, création d’un design avec terrasses, baissières et trous pour accueillir des points d’eau, cultures de legumes) l’idée est aujourd’hui à l’observation de ce qui pousse.

De nombreux éléments ont été mis en place pendant ces 4 ans de travail. Aujourd’hui nous laissons la toile du jardin prendre des couleurs et des formes différentes chaque année. Notre rôle est d’accompagner cette évolution en tondant les chemins, en bouturant ce qui pousse bien, en ramassant les graines pour les ressemer et en s’inspirant des formes naturelles pour crée des nouveaux espaces propices à des nouvelles expérimentations.

Nous utilisons seulement des semences paysannes au jardin et les variétés de fruitiers plantées sont locales (pépinières Chataignon Vial). Nous adaptons les semences à des conditions de “culture sauvage, pour en savoir plus regarder la page les Semences paysannes dynamiques.
